Refund & Return Policy

At AMEVIA LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Non-returnable items: Personalized or custom-made products, clearance items, and products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)
- You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the specified timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
