1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and select international locations. Shipping availability and costs vary by destination.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location at our discretion.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time

Most cost-effective option for non-urgent orders

Express Shipping

Delivery: 2-3 business days

Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders

Overnight Shipping

Delivery: 1 business day

Next-day delivery for urgent orders (subject to availability)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track your package online
  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. International Shipping

International orders:

  • May take 10-21 business days for delivery
  • Are subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes (customer's responsibility)
  • May experience delays at customs
  • Cannot be tracked in some countries

We are not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Include photos if the package arrived damaged
